1) Shipping costs
The delivery of the goods is free of shipping costs.

2) Exchange
We do not offer direct exchange.

Each product is first made with the order, therefore the items are not in stock.

3) Returns - 14 days right of return
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

- Please email us first at support@vatoink.de with the following information:

- Name, item description, size and if possible why the product is being returned.

- The return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.

Send the prepaid package to the following address:

Patrick Jelitto, Münchner Str. 24, 83301 Traunreut.

Your money will be refunded within 3-4 days after receipt of the return, in the same way as you paid us.

3.1) Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of revocation does not exist for distance contracts

- for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, this also includes all goods which are marked with "pre-order" or "advance order"!

- for the delivery of goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,

4) Complaints
If there are any defects in the textile or print, we would ask you to describe the problem exactly and to document it with a photo on which the defect is clearly visible.

The following payment methods are possible:

6) Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered within 4-6 working days within Germany.
